My WISE Project Journal

For my WISE project, I have decided to use "Said A Source With Familiar Knowledge."

WISE is a program in my high school that allows students to get the hands-on experience to do what they want to do when they grow up. As a WISE student, you can get an internship, write a blog, work at an office, and do many other things that have to do with your chosen career. The student keeps a journal of the work they've been doing on the project throughout the process and at the end of the year presents the project to an audience.

For my project, I've chosen to use the sports blog. I'm going to continue to write articles every week and try to do what I can to show I can be a sports writer. I have an internship with MSGVarsity, as I've explained before. It's a program run by the high school by Madison Square Garden that allows students who want to work in the sports broadcasting field to get a hands-on experience on the career. As well, I'm going to try to get an article published in the newspaper, whether it be the Journal News, Post or Daily News. I'm going to work with my mentor (Mrs. Reilly & Mr. Lombardi) to try to get this done.

This Blog is going to be used as my journal, so look forward to journal entires everyday that I work on the project.

As for you, the reader, thank you for reading my blog the past year. It's been great and this project will make it better.
