Lakers pushing for Game 7? UPDATE: Lakers win 89-67

The Lakers currently lead the Celtics 60-42 in the 3rd Quarter of Game 6 of the NBA Finals. A win for the Celtics (meaning a comeback is key!) would make them champions as they currently hold a 3-2 series lead. A Lakers win tonight (yay!) would tie the series 3-3 to go to Game 7 to decide the champion. There's 4:47 remaining in the 3rd, so anything is possible. Here's to hoping the Lakers can push for a Game 7.

Stay tuned.

UPDATE 11:42 - The Los Angeles Lakers have defeated the Boston Celtics 89-67 in a blowout to force a Game 7 to decide the 2010 NBA Champion. Kobe Bryant had 26 points in this game.

Game 7 is Thursday at 9 PM, as the Lakers try to continue their good luck at home. Get ready as Kobe Bryant looks forward to his 5th championship ring.
